ARE YOU DEALING WITH ANY OF THESE TROUBLES?
You look at yourself in the mirror and know you can be better. You feel like you’re in a rut with the workouts you’re doing now because you aren’t getting you the results you want.
You need motivation to keep you going. You have a hard time sticking to a workout plan, you are extremely busy, and your energy levels are down.
You have an injury that makes working out a challenge. Running and walking on treadmills and stair steps are not improving your health, but you don’t know what’s the best way.
WHAT DOES YOUR BODY NEED TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY?
FOR MOST OF US, THAT’S A TOUGH QUESTION TO ANSWER.
We try different workouts and equipment, but we might still struggle. We wonder if what we’re doing is having the effect we want it to have. We might not want to believe it, but sometimes we might be doing more harm than good when we hit the gym.
Our personal trainers have the know-how and expertise to guide anybody toward their fitness goals. Instead of trying a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s time to work with someone who understands fitness. Someone who can help your body reach its full potential.
RESULTS AND GROWTH WITH EVERY SESSION!
When you work one-on-one with one of our personal trainers, they’ll create an individualized program designed to put you on the right path to achieving your personal health and fitness goals. Half of our personal trainers are also massage therapists. With these complimentary skill sets, they’ll help optimize your health, while restoring mobility, improving joint function, and building strength and desired tone. Our trainers can help you improve athletic performance or recover from injury, move better, and feel stronger for your everyday routine.
OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS DESIGN WORKOUTS THAT WORK FOR THEIR CLIENTS
Sometimes, it’s hard to know which workout will be the most effective for your body and fitness goals. What works for someone else may not work for you.
Our skilled personal trainers will conduct a thorough assessment of your present fitness and your goals, and design workouts to help you lose weight, build muscle, and push your endurance.
As you progress, your trainer will adjust your workouts accordingly, so you never stop learning – and so your body doesn’t get complacent and stop responding.
OUR PERSONAL TRAINER WON’T LET YOU GIVE UP ON YOURSELF
The hardest thing about working out on your own is find the motivation to keep going when you’re not in the mood to work out – or when you’re tired and want to quit.
Our personal trainers provide all the motivation you’ll need to stay on track and get your body in shape. They understand how to encourage clients without overwhelming them.
Let’s face it: it helps to know that you have someone in your corner when you’re trying to get in shape. In the gym, your personal trainer is the one who believes in you – and pushes you when you need it.
OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH INJURIES
If you’ve injured yourself, a trip to the gym can feel like a walk through a minefield. You want to exercise, but you’re wary of making your injury worse.
Our personal trainers work with injuries and physical limitations all the time. They understand human bodies, and they can help you maintain or improve your fitness without reinjuring yourself.
As your injury heals, they can help you adjust your workouts to accommodate new abilities and strengths, ensuring that your recovery is a smooth and healthy one.
TRAIN FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT LIKE A PRO ATHLETE
Professional athletes get personal guidance when they prep for a big event. Whether they’re training for the Olympics or getting ready for the next season, they don’t have to do it alone.
Working with a personal trainer is the best way to get ready for your next event. Training for a marathon or another sporting event requires specialized guidance and workouts.
Our personal trainers will help you create (and stick to) a training schedule to ensure you’re ready when the big day arrives.
T-O-N-S OF FUN!
No matter who you are, the Greater Than family will immediately welcome you as one of our own. We appreciate and respect each other because we all know the challenges of starting your fitness journey. Growth is a process, and we are in this together.
We design our Personal Training and Boxing/ Kickboxing sessions to be FUN so that it makes getting healthy feel effortless. You’ll be leaving your day’s worries at the door!
FORMING HEALTHY WORKOUT HABITS IS DIFFICULT!
We recognize the flaws and mind-numbing boredom that can come along with some other gym-bound activities. Here at Greater Than Performance and Rehab, we have designed a workout to work your butt off with our Boxing/ Kickboxing training, but it will feel effortless because of how much fun you will have and how engaged you will feel with other participants.
Whether you’re new to the gym or have previous experience, these intense workouts are designed to provide you with a physical and mental challenge. Learn the proper technique from professionals, and you’ll improve your cardio while building your power, speed and strength. Boxing/ Kickboxing sessions incorporate drills used by the pros, including pad work for accuracy and sharpening your “fight IQ”. Our coaching staff comprises both men and women with more than 20+ years of combined martial arts experience.
This will not be easy, but once you start to see the results, you will begin to get that empowering feeling back that you have been desiring.
Let’s face it. We all reach points in our lives when we feel in a rut, lose focus on our priorities, and possibly lose some confidence and self-respect in the process. Here at Greater Than Performance and Rehab, we are devoted to give you that boost you need to start looking at you and your life in a healthier way.
Our Boxing/ Kickboxing workouts are challenging, but when you push yourself and get through them, you will feel like you can take on any of life’s challenges.
There is no greater feeling than overcoming a challenge, or meeting a goal. Our trainers will help you reach workout heights you never thought you could!
The staff and space are both top notch. The level of service provided is exceptional. Workouts are intense but I always feel motivated. Trainers seem very knowledgeable and are always happy to answer questions. I have been working with Austin Ellis and my mobility has improved tremendously. I highly recommend this facility!
I cannot say enough positive things about this gym and the extremely knowledgeable and qualified staff who allow me to remain active and strong, despite the wear and tear that life has had on my body. Whether you have an issue you are recovering from, wanting to prevent injury, or merely hoping to get in shape, they have someone who can help you achieve your goals. Scott and his staff are the best.
Top-notch facility and trainers. Facility is cutting edge and incredibly clean. Temperature is checked as soon as you walk in, because they take member safety seriously here. Scott, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guys in the industry that I’ve met, and he hires his peers. GTP’s approach is holistic, body and mind, but focused training is available, since the equipment inventory is comprehensive, and specialists are on staff. Very highly recommended all around.
Yes, it can! In fact, weight loss is one of the most common reasons people decide to hire a personal trainer. Discussing your weight loss goals with your trainer will help them design workouts to burn calories, build muscle, and lose weight.
No. Our trainers want you to achieve your goals, and they provide positive motivation to keep their clients going. This isn’t boot camp. Personal training should be a good experience.
Absolutely. Our personal trainers are accustomed to helping clients at all levels of fitness and ability. Your trainer will help you learn the right way to exercise so you can achieve your fitness goals.
Personal trainers know how to work with injuries to help people get in shape. Whether you have a recent or old injury, our trainers can devise a workout that will support your healing and health.
One of the reasons people don’t like going to the gym is that they don’t know what they’re doing. A good personal trainer will help you find workouts that you enjoy and that deliver the results you want.
Your personal trainer will assess your fitness and readiness and help you devise a workout schedule that will ensure that you’re ready to compete in the event of your choice.
A personal trainer can help you achieve the right balance of fat loss and muscle gain.
Personal trainers hold their clients accountable by requiring them to show up for workouts.
Working with a personal trainer ensures that you’ll learn proper form and avoid injuries.
Regular workouts with a trainer decrease stress and improve mental well-being.
