BOXING & KICKBOXING
Whether you’re new to boxing/kickboxing or have previous experience, these workouts are designed to provide you with a physical and mental challenge. Learn the proper technique from professionals, and you’ll improve your cardio while building your power, speed and strength. Sessions incorporate drills used by the pros, including pad work for accuracy and sharpening your “fight IQ.” Our coaching staff comprises both men and women with more than 20+ years of combined martial arts experience. Women’s self-defense lessons are available upon request.
